Marc (CRO) — 2026-02-14 10:15 Background: Have a call this week with Akam/Aurora channel partner about partnership in general, starting with one building that wanted a decarb plan. (Akam is not the largest manager in nyc so they have 1000 more) But Momentum scope builder doesn't work for major capital projects since this requires over time analysis. ONLY deeper decarb projects that I believe have moved forward into construction through Momentum involved me developing customized over time plans for Related in excel. Getting owners to feel comfortable with deeper decarb investments is central to the retrofit machine transactional revenue

Marc (CRO) — 2026-02-14 10:19 So rather than use excel again, I have an AI process set up that automatically takes Momentum outputs and turns them into an over time chart. So I can do this for any scope builder output... Software is dead. Long live software...

I am pretty happy with this MVP for now and will get customer feedback on it in a few days (already sent over to them via email).

Note that I sent them PDFs of scope builder in part because one issue we have with the application is that when you customize the rebate cost, the drop down language does not change. Therefore, the drop down language currently contradicts the cost estimates i used.

I also included a one pager documenting this methodology in the above folder

Jason (Product/BuildSci) — 2026-02-15 21:57 Thanks for sharing @Marc (CRO). @François (HoPlatform) is working on an AI-enabled rebate explanation demo, and I think that could incorporate when users customize the rebate value. Good point. And let me know what folks think about those scope over time visuals. We want to make a simple version (scaling back the pro forma) for the NYCA launch. I was going to think about that more this week, so this is timely.

Marc (CRO) — 2026-02-17 12:20 will get feedback from Akam tmw and share.

Jon (Customer Success Lead) — 2026-02-18 11:46 Neat - curious to hear how your discussion goes today!
