She is very intrigued about the tariff engine thing and asked when that would be available...
She discussed specific needs for DC including showing all the pathways. I need to get my head back into the particulars of this legislation... but in a nutshell, us being able to spit out the 4 pathways and work scopes that would make sense for each is what she is looking for. That said, it seems like we have some time to get this to her.
Fee wise, we discussed moving the NYC subscription to $600 per month and every new city to $600 a month (once we have delivered). And then she is on board with the 50/50 transaction fee split. There is the caveat that she has a lot of relationships with exsiting vendors. Far more than I thought of.
Epocha needs competition.

I'll take a look at this recording. @Naina (Coder) is starting to look at DC BEPS, so this is probably good background for her as well as she thinks about that program.

oh and they are going to want us to push data to their portal by the end of the year. We had discussed this a while back (not allowing them to see Momentum UX within their portal but pushing KPI's). For these reasons, I am ok with a subscription agreement with them (unlike say an Akam which will be pure transaction).

I don't think so. Was this the first time the other guy Alden joined? I struggle to see who at FSE will take up the mantle of becoming a user with less inspirational hand-holding, but they seemed quite engaged with good feedback as you say above!
