NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development. Customer for Technical Assistance contract; Marc pushing to expand into bidding/transaction fees beyond NYCA's BYO-spec workflow.

@Jon (Customer Success Lead) I can't make the HPD call. But to reiterate from our call yesterday…. If the convo gets to bidding… please tee that up in a way that gives us space to ultimately. NYCA has just a generic bidding workflow with BYO specs. No aggregation of bids, etc.
If Jen gets 10 -25M KC3 will get paid more money to deliver
We can much more efficinetly deliver that kind of consturction than traditioanl programs through the standaridzation and transactin fee model… but it can't be $0 for Cadence.

Thanks @Marc (CRO) ! I need to reivew the contract before the call and may drop some more notes here to confirm I have the right language. They may ask me to demo the bidding tools today. Is the key distinction that only BYO specs are included in the current contract?

(similar to NYCA vs. MFEEP)

I think this is the most relevant part of the scope:

To me this says I should demo the project/RFP/bidding process but describe it as BYO specs and if they ask for the auto-generated specs can reference that yes this may be possible and related to conversations you (Marc) and Jen have had recently.
Sound right?

Same RFP features as NYCA

@Jon (Customer Success Lead) I think I heard you talking with the HPD folks yesterday about how the BYO spec flow will work. As a heads up, we'll be working on an update soon that will let users upload custom specs and then we provide a suggested bid form. I'll keep you posted about timing as a I get a better idea.
Do you have a sense of when they'll be ready for the RFP stage on their projects? That could potentially be an input to the timing.
