It is basically powering a one stop team that is in alignment with what Joe at MOCEJ wants for the retrofit delivery model --- which makes this to me not a distraction. And I think tying this to the Restler bill also makes this something we would want to be at forefront of anyway. LMK what you think.
But I think Josh is a better partner than Jeff Carlton.

Is it that Urban and Every Electric will use our software to find relevant buildings? Is there really a contractor procurement flow--I thought UA would do the construction. Or is it that they want to bid out to a network of subs to plug this stuff in?
And we'll reporting on number and location of installs? Not reporting on performance, which I assume Every Electric would be doing.
