Marc (CRO) — 2026-01-21 18:33 @Bomee (CEO / Coder) I can get excited about this. I am excited about this. It is basically powering a one stop team that is in alignment with what Joe at MOCEJ wants for the retrofit delivery model --- which makes this to me not a distraction. And I think tying this to the Restler bill also makes this something we would want to be at forefront of anyway. LMK what you think. But I think Josh is a better partner than Jeff Carlton. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1iv1X69ECN7k8HNJyn1eYUjPNKp-15Bnv0MobGa34-tE/edit?usp=sharing RFI also saved in same folder

Marc (CRO) — 2026-01-22 08:26 I will ping Josh to see if he is up for it.

Marc (CRO) — 2026-01-23 15:15 Josh is up for it. And excited. He will be talking to his credit partners in the coming week. I will go into his office week after to flesh out. I just reached out to the standard potential battery guys. Without them, there isn't as much of a there, there.

Jason (Product/BuildSci) — 2026-01-23 16:46 I know we already know the Standard Potential guys, but I recently read about these David Energy folks, who are also doing plug-in battery stuff. Maybe not as far along as Standard Potential?

Marc (CRO) — 2026-02-25 18:50 draft rfi response here. Due March 6. Financial model and refinement of scope between now and early March: https://docs.google.com/document/d/17fUlpAyAgl-JaVQpRqjP73hyFGfGcqFGuLOht19oUnI/edit?usp=sharing

Cadence role: Customer Acquisition Infrastructure (outside of the Urban American portfolio) Screening multifamily assets to identify ideal candidate buildings Standardized Deployment Workflow Moving buildings from identification → engagement → technical scoping → contracting → installation.

Tracking & Reporting Supporting program milestone documentation and aggregated reporting.

Bomee (CEO / Coder) — 2026-02-26 06:52 Early March is next week. I need the 'role of Cadence' bit yo have subject-verb-object structure. Based on this post, I don't understand who is doing what

Jason (Product/BuildSci) — 2026-02-26 11:27 Is it that Urban and Every Electric will use our software to find relevant buildings? Is there really a contractor procurement flow--I thought UA would do the construction. Or is it that they want to bid out to a network of subs to plug this stuff in? And we'll reporting on number and location of installs? Not reporting on performance, which I assume Every Electric would be doing.
