Purpose of the meeting will be to get alignment on the above and make sure that there are not any other major areas that need coverage

One thought I was having in the meeting yesterday is that my pithy charge listed above "win the fingers" is a little different from the top priority in my work plan currently which is more like "understand the fingers." I think understanding is a key step toward winning, but it may still be worth me revising the work plan to push it toward "winning" before my 360 next week. Open to other pointers!
