Carol from Habitat Mag is connecting me with these portfolios of mid sized managers that skew toward outerborough J-51 eligible buildings. And I recorded a teaser video for each following the same narrative structure but was customized to a couple building in each respective portfolio. 1400 buildings and 22,000 units across these.
I have no relationships with any of these folks -- I suspect they also skew toward the low dollar consultants -- so will be interesting to see what happens.
