DC interest? — Mar 26–27, 2026

Jon (Customer Success Lead) — 2026-03-26 22:58 @Marc (CRO) I caught up today with Molly Gionta (formerly Simpson) who I worked with for many years at Fannie Mae. She is now at UNH Carsie center which does a lot of work with green lending, green banks. She's interested in finding collaborations. They are considering this NYSERDA Clean Energy Communities (RFP 6120) though there's no platform component so doesn't seem right for us. She used to work at DSEU and expressed interest in connecting us with them if/when we want to do something in DC.

Let me know if you want to follow up on any of that!

Marc (CRO) — 2026-03-27 08:11 HRA also reached out to us about that NYSERDA PON. Don't think good fit. It would make sense to give her a demo including what we are doing with IMT in DC. Could you get something for the 3 of us calendared for late April (when things are further along with both IMT and NYCA)

Jon (Customer Success Lead) — 2026-03-27 09:44 Sounds good. I assume the three of us means you, me, Molly.

Jon (Customer Success Lead) — 2026-03-27 12:03 @Marc (CRO) is it ok if I introduce Molly to someone at HR&A for a possible collaboration? If I don't hear from you I'll probably connect her to Jon Haragold who I worked with some while at Bright Power but keep it vague - not mention the NYSERDA RFP.
